Journey Inside and Meet 12 Archetypes of Inner Integrity

Over time, you may have noticed that certain inner patterns repeat…

Ways of responding that show up again and again. Familiar tensions. Recognizable moods, impulses, or inner voices that surface in different situations, sometimes in helpful ways, sometimes in ways that complicate things.

These patterns aren’t random. They aren’t mistakes. And they aren’t signs that something is broken. They’re part of how your inner world organizes itself.

Most of us are never taught how to relate to this internal complexity. We learn to manage behavior, override reactions, or analyze ourselves from the outside, but not how to stay present with the living system beneath those strategies.

Symbols of the Self is a guided self-discovery journey into understanding these inner patterns and relationships.

Rather than focusing on insight alone, this work develops a practical, experiential way of engaging with the unconscious — learning how to recognize inner patterns as symbolic expressions, how to meet them with steadiness, and how to work with them directly rather than around them.

This is not about quick revelations or single moments of clarity. It’s about building fluency over time, learning how to listen, how to respond, and how to continue the work on your own once the journey is complete.

Learning the Language of the Inner World

The unconscious  speaks in images, sensations, emotional tones, impulses, and repeating patterns.

These patterns aren’t random. They’re organized ways the inner world responds to life — often becoming familiar long before they’re understood.

Symbolic work offers a way to relate to this inner language directly. Rather than analyzing yourself from the outside, you learn to meet inner experience as it appears, allowing meaning to emerge through relationship rather than effort.

In Symbols of the Self, archetypes are used as functional patterns within the psyche — not labels to identify with, but roles the inner system takes on. Over time, this builds fluency: the ability to recognize, relate to, and work with your inner world as it moves.

A Journey of Practice and Relationship

This journey unfolds through direct experience and ongoing practice. Each week introduces a particular inner function or archetypal role, alongside guided symbolic and self-hypnosis exercises designed to be worked with over time.

Insight emerges through engagement. As you return to the practices across the week, patterns clarify, relationships deepen, and skills become embodied rather than conceptual. The work develops through repetition, reflection, and continued contact with your inner world.

The live group sessions support this process by offering space for integration, focus, and shared exploration. They complement the individual work rather than replacing it, helping the learning settle and orient for what comes next.

The Road Ahead

Each week, new content is released for you to work with on your own time. This includes guided audio experiences and symbolic self-work designed to be returned to across the week, allowing the archetypal material to unfold gradually rather than all at once.

The live group sessions take place weekly and are dedicated to integration. These sessions provide space to reflect on what has emerged, clarify focus, and engage in guided partner or group explorations that deepen the work you’ve already been doing individually.

The journey is designed so that the depth comes from sustained engagement with the practices themselves. The group container supports this process, offering orientation and continuity as the symbolic work develops over time.

Is This for You?

This journey is well suited if you’re drawn to inner exploration and are curious about working with your inner world through symbolic and experiential approaches. It’s designed for those who value reflection, are willing to engage with practices between sessions, and are interested in developing an ongoing relationship with their inner patterns over time.

You may feel especially aligned with this work if you enjoy learning through experience rather than instruction, are comfortable moving at your own pace, and are looking for a container that supports sustained, self-directed inner work alongside a small group of fellow explorers.

This self-discovery journey works best when approached with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to meet what arises without rushing toward answers. If you’re open to that kind of process, you’ll likely find the experience both meaningful and supportive.
